27 year old woman arrested for driving under the influence of drugs after collision on Highway 1.  No information on whether the Woman arrested was injured, but the article states that the other party was not.  Another example of the increase of arrests for DUI with Drugs. No indication from the article on what drug she is suspected to have in her system or how they are aware of that fact. From the DUI Lawyer perspective, any time there is an accident and your client is charged with a DUI, either with alcohol or drugs, one of the biggest aspects of the case is whether or nor there was an injury, and if so, how severe. In this circumstance, it appears there was none, so the woman is probably not in as much trouble as she thinks,  although, the fact that she allegedly ran, doesn't help.
